Yes. Piki POS can keep checkout running on the device when internet access is unavailable. When the connection returns, pending records can sync to the cloud.

Yes. Piki POS supports product inventory, categories, variants, purchases, stock lists, service management, service orders, car wash queues, and sales that combine products with services.

Which payment and compliance tools are included?

The app supports cash, Kopesha customer credit, configurable payment methods, M-Pesa checkout configuration, receipt messaging, and KRA eTIMS submission/reporting tools when the relevant credentials are configured.

Can I import existing sales from Excel?

Yes. Piki POS includes import actions for products, sales, customers, and expenses using .xlsx or .csv files. Piki AI can skip note rows above the table, map messy headers like product names, prices, SKU, barcode, categories, dates, and amounts, and use cloud AI for harder spreadsheets when enabled. It still shows a confirmation preview before the import is applied.
